Having already committed to a 10k in March and a half-marathon in May, it’s time for me to get my rear in gear — quite literally. I’ve been running pretty consistently, but haven’t been able to muster up the time/energy to train any serious distances this year. Why do I feel like my rear would be more in gear if it were covered in this cute purple running skort?

I think I probably need to spend more time planning a training schedule than dreaming up cute running outfits . . . The Professor and I will probably attempt a 5k in the rain, today. And don’t worry, I’ll be wearing my sweats. Maybe the skort will be a reward purchase if I beat last year’s Flying Pig time.
